3) Operations, TAT & Trainings
Our team can operate as per different USA time zones. Our team can make your business 14 hours operational with our local working hours.
We have created different training modules for all the engagement models. All our new employees undergo one month on the job training & month on month training sessions. We have off tax season training for all our accounting & tax employees which helps us to attain the heavy demand during the ongoing tax season. Whenever there is any amendment to law or new tax law is implemented, our senior manager circulates those notifications & keeps our staff members keep updated with the latest regulatory changes. If there is a new accounting & tax software launched, we create an SOP & share with our team members.
